Smashing Sunday Lunch – £40

Let us help take the panic out of Sunday Lunch. We’ll teach you some tasty tips and tricks for the most succulent roasts – the crispiest of Potatoes – delicious ways with veg and ridiculous Yorkshires- and of course the best gravy EVER!

Basic Pastry Making Skills – £25

Dust off your rolling pin and join us as we share top tips to make this wonderful selection of pastry recipes using different techniques.

Join us for a hands-on day and get ahead with your preparations. You’ll enjoy beautifully matured home-made delights on Christmas Day. Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home.

Christmas Cake Decorating – £25

Have you ever wanted to learn sugar craft decoration but didn’t know where to start? Bring along your own Christmas cake and a sense of fun !! and spend a festive evening learning different techniques and ideas for decorating your cake. The design can either be your own or follow our design and tips to sprinkle that Christmas magic.

Mince Pies Truffles and Savory Tarts – £30

For food lovers and home baking enthusiasts Christmas is the perfect time of year to share delicious home-made treats with family and friends. Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home.
