Payments are by cash only. Please try to bring the correct amount for your treatment where possible. All tips will be donated to the Look Good Feel Better charity, which is close to our hearts and curriculum.
We are a training environment, appointments are carried out by a learner whilst they are still in training.
Parking spaces are not guaranteed. Please use Car Park 1, select ESTATES on the intercom to raise the barrier.
Our salons are located on the first floor, please advise us of any accessibility requirements.
We are based in The Radmoor Centre (the white and glass-fronted building at the front on your right as you come in off Epinal Way). At the entrance to The Radmoor Centre you will need to press the intercom for the salon your appointment is in (you will be advised of this in your confirmation email) to be admitted to the building. Press the down arrow until you find the salon you require and press the bell button. Once inside, come up the stairs. One of our students will collect you from the landing and bring you through for your appointment.
