At the Radmoor Restaurant, our hospitality and catering students deliver high-quality dining experiences, under the supervision of experts. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients they craft unique, delicious menus for all occasions.

Thursday Dining Evenings: 6:30pm – 8:00pm

Our lunchtime offerings feature a selection of carefully curated dishes that showcase seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Expect a mix of classic and contemporary dishes, from freshly made soups and hearty mains to light bites and indulgent desserts for a reasonable price.

Themed Dining Evenings

Enjoy a unique dining experience with our themed evenings, where our student chefs prepare carefully designed menus celebrating different cuisines from around the world. Past themes have included Italian, French, Indian, and gourmet British dining experiences.

Junior Chef Academy

£60 – per student

Our Junior Chefs Academy is perfect for aspiring young cooks aged 10-16, providing hands-on training in professional kitchens. Students develop essential cooking skills, knife techniques, and food preparation methods, taking home their culinary creations each session. No formal qualifications are required but applicants should have a strong interest in their chosen subject

  • Intensive Week Programme – Five-day course during school holidays (October & July).
  • Saturday Courses – Four-week course running in March.
  • Certification – Participants receive a certificate upon completion at a special graduation lunch.
