Beginners Sugar Modelling – Animals

Evening Practical course x 3 weeks 6pm till 9pm£120

Animals, dinosaur, pets, and wild animals you name it, make individual figures for celebration cakes, cupcakes or cookies. Julie our talented cake decoration lecturer will teach you the secrets of animal modeling. You will learn the basic skills and techniques needed to create amazing novelty animals. A cake will not be decorated on this course.

Family Fun cooking

A half day course with a professional chef showing
you the secrets of great cooking! 10.00am – 2pm

This family fun half-day course is a superb way to enjoy a morning’s cookery with your children, grandparents and other family members.

You will enjoy a demonstration session from Loughborough College chefs and then it will be your turn to cook! You will be able to sit down and relax enjoying your culinary creations with a complimentary glass of wine in our Radmoor dining room.

The course is completely child-friendly (age 6 and above) and great fun, making this an ideal way to introduce someone younger to the world of the kitchen!

Chocolate Easter goods & Handmade Chocolates

Ever wanted to learn how to make chocolate like the professionals? Well, now you can, On the menu will be, tempering chocolate, handmade soft centred chocolates with white chocolate swirl ,handmade duo of hard-centred dark and milk chocolates, Traditional French truffles, chocolate run outs, chocolate fondant you will take home a box of beautiful chocolates you produce.

All of our courses begin with a coffee or juice for the younger learners. The chef demonstrates each dish in turn and in small sections, you will produce your dish at your own cooking station. The chef is always on hand to assist. Refreshments are served throughout. At the end of the session, the chef will answer any further questions.

An apron, all ingredients, knives, pots and cooking utensils are provided. At the end of the day, you will be provided with recipes.
